Catalyzing sustainable markets
The CEO of Atelier BZZ has accumulated stories and project actions with the United Nations over time in Haiti, Iraq, Angola, São Tomé and Príncipe and with the D4D Institute in Brazil and Latin America . At the start of this pandemic, we made masks with solidarity seamstresses from the lowlands of Rio de Janeiro, where 30,000 masks were produced and countless families ensured their livelihood in difficult times. The masks were donated to hospitals, orphanages, retirement homes and associations, part of which was sold to maintain production. Today they are exported and sold in France and Denmark.
It will be an innovation platform for the emancipation of the local community.
Acting together is the best path to the future we want to build. To change things, we must develop and improve the way we do things.

It is our desire to start this BZZ expedition, to look for new local markets and to create an online sales site. In each city, we will have a point of exchange and discussion with local communities, artisanal producers, on the importance of inserting production into a global context. The BZZ platform will be a site where people can discover products made in these visited communities. So when a product is purchased, people will know who produced it, how it was made, what products were used. In major capitals, we will have ambassadors, whether at exhibition points or product purchase points, in order to strengthen local trade. It will be an innovation platform for the emancipation of the local community. We do this by using social technologies to mobilize stakeholders, activate sustainable production and act collectively. A resilient solution to catalyze collective action.

The project stimulates the development of local economies by taking into account local potential, vocations and characteristics, by acting as a catalyst for actions, by encouraging, connecting, articulating and mobilizing people to structure equippable commerce, by supporting initiatives led by local producers, through the solidarity economy, by stimulating economic and sustainable development and the link of participants with their society of origin, thus reducing the current intense migratory movements.
The project aims to establish cooperative craft activities with a view to encouraging income generation and boosting online cooperative sales worldwide.
Solidarity production relations to strengthen the increase in social capital for the construction of economies of scale that promote greater competitiveness in the markets.
By establishing online platforms for a conscious purchasing process, which directly involves who produces and who buys, strengthening relationships of friendship and loyalty, in addition to being a space for social interaction. By rediscovering sustainable partnership paths while respecting regional traditions and using the company as a catalyst for local development, in the search for new modes of consumption. New solutions, products and services are emerging. Rapid responses must be made to the diversification of production, the readjustment of prices and the repositioning of the brand, products or services.
